Sarah was recommended to me as a pilates instructor to help work with me to build up core strength and overall balance and alignment, with a view to alleviate facet joint pain in my lower back.
I have found Sarah to be both professional and friendly; she put me at ease right away. After 8 sessions with her, I now feel that I am making more progress than I ever thought I would in that time; my pain has decreased dramatically and I am able to pay more attention to the way I move, sit and do the exercises with the confidence that I am actually doing them 'right' rather than trying to practise alone. Sarah tailors each week to my needs and we have gone at a pace where I have made progress, but also without being pushed too hard. She does give homework - but that is a good thing! I only wish I had taken up pilates years ago - but I am told it is never too late

A strong core is an integral part of good health and wellbeing. Pilates can achieve this for everyone, regardless of their initial state of health.

 

Sarah has a great understanding of Pilates and provides a holistic approach to her teaching, tailoring her exercises to the needs of her clients. 

I have done Pilates for over 10 years both in the UK and abroad. I can totally recommend her classes and her teaching methods, both in an individual and group setting.
